My systems are working ok, why do I need a service plan?
Imagine someone coming in and removing all of your computer monitors. How would you conduct business? How much money would you lose? Without proper mainenece, an IT plan and a trusted advisor to call in the event something does go wrong, you’re seriously increasing the odds of that happening.

Think of it this way, do you only call your attorney when you get sued? Do you only use an accountant if you get audited? No, you use these people to help you run your business the right way. That’s what we can do for your systems.

One of my employees is pretty good at computers and seems to be able to do most of the needed repairs.
Its great to have an “internal guru” to help with some of the daily tasks or to reboot a server. We actually encourage it. But this person was hired to do another job, and cannot spend the time researching and implementing updates and upgrades. And he doesn’t have the expertise to. Let her get back to the job you hired her for, and let us worry about the computer systems.

What types of small businesses do you service?
Although our focus is on Legal and Financial Services companies, we are happy to support companies in any industry. Our clients tend to have 5-15 computers and either have a server, or are planning on putting one in.
